  • I accept any document that can be opened and edited in Microsoft Word, so that I can use the tracking function to indicate all changes for you.
  • Do you guarantee confidentiality?
  • Absolutely. Your work, intellectual property, and personal information will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party.
  • How do I submit my document?
  • You simply send your document as an e-mail attachment to verena@biosciencetranslation.com.
  • How fast will I get my document back?
  • The turnover depends on the length of the document and the complexity of the service. My price quote for your specific request will include a time estimate.
  • How do I know what changes you made to my document?
  • After the editing process is completed, you will receive two files: one final version of your document for easy readability and one version that contains marked changes for you to accept or reject as well as comments and suggestions for you to consider.
  • Can you guarantee that my manuscript will be published in a scientific journal?
  • No. Whether your work will be accepted for publication depends on the quality of the research, which is evaluated through a peer-review process. I can only vouch for an acceptable quality of the writing.
  • Do you conduct peer reviews?
  • No. Please be aware that I do not check your work for facts, terminology, scientific integrity, and plagiarism.

  • Our main form of communication will be e-mail. In certain cases, we may contact each other by phone.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
  • I accept checks issued by U.S. banks and credit card payments through PayPal.
